Ingredients
- 2 loins cod
- 3 pcs. onion
- 3 pcs. potatoes
- 1 glass port
- 1 small tbsp. paprika from la vera
- olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- Cut the onions into julienne strips and fry them with the olive oil in a frying pan for about 10 minutes, then add the paprika and stir.3 pcs. onion, 1 tbsp. peq. paprika de la vera
- Add the glass of port and allow to reduce for about 4 minutes. Set aside1 glass port
- In the same frying pan, add the potatoes, which have been cut into slices, with oil until they are covered. Leave them half cooked.3 pcs. potatoes
- Dredge the cod loins in flour and fry just to mark them.2 loins of cod
- In an ovenproof dish, assemble the dish. First the potatoes, then the cod loins and finally the onion.
- Bake in a 170º oven for 20 minutes and enjoy.
