  • 600 gr Anglerfish
  • 1 ud. garlic
  • 1 ud. onion
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 good bunch of parsley
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • Olive Oil
  • Saffron
  • Salt to taste


  • In a wide frying pan, add the finely chopped onion and garlic and cook over low heat.
  • Add the finely chopped parsley and stir in the flour and saffron.
  • In a few minutes add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate for a couple of minutes more.
  • Add the monkfish and leave for 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like it.
