  • 500 gr. fresh/frozen cod
  • 1/2 onion
  • 30 gr. olive oil
  • 250 gr. straw fries
  • 4-5 eggs


  • Sauté the onion over a medium/floating heat. Once cooked, add the well-crumbled and boned cod and cook.
  • Add the potatoes and the eggs. Mix well, turn off the heat and let it finish cooking without taking it off the heat.
  • A delicious, very typical Portuguese dish that takes 15 minutes to make.
