  • 2 legs medium octopus
  • Salt

For the puree:

  • 3 pcs. potatoes
  • 150 gr. cauliflower
  • 50 gr. butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ground cayenne
  • salt


  • Cook the potatoes and cauliflower, when they are cooked, beat together with the other ingredients and set aside.
  • We grill the octopus until the octopus is browned.
  • Put the puree on a plate and place the octopus on top and enjoy.
