  • 4 squid medium
  • 1 tooth garlic
  • 50 ml. olive oil extra virgin
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • parsley
  • salt
  • 1 ud. cayenne pepper


  • Wash the squid well and remove excess water. Set aside
  • Place the remaining ingredients in a mortar and pestle and pestle well.
  • In a large frying pan, add a spoonful of EVOO and fry the squid for about 5m on each side.
  • Serve and add the dressing we have prepared.
