Ingredients
- 1 fillet swordfish
- 160 gr spaghetti
- 20 ml soy sauce
- 200 gr roasted vegetables
- 1 teaspoon peanut
Instructions
- First we cook the spaghetti.
- Heat the wok with a little olive oil, while chopping the swordfish. Seal it over a high heat. When it is ready, set aside.
- Add the vegetables to the wok, cook to taste over medium heat. When they are ready, add the soy sauce and peanut butter, mix well. Add the pasta and fish and cook everything together for 3-4 minutes.
- Ready to serve and eat!
