Toasted noodles with cuttlefish, prawns and monkfish recipe

Ingredients
- 150 gr peeled prawns
- 200 gr cuttlefish
- 200 gr chopped monkfish tails
- 1 tooth minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon tomato powder
- 3-4 strands saffron
- 200 gr dried noodles (the thickness we like)
- 450 gr water or vegetable/fish stock
- salt to taste
- extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- First we toast the noodles with olive oil in the paella pan.
- Set aside and add the cuttlefish, monkfish and chopped garlic. Leave to cook.
- When it is ready, add the noodles, cook a little and pour in the water. While it is cooking, add the tomato powder, saffron and salt.
- Leave the prawns for when the stock has almost been consumed and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 220° up and down.
- They take about 30 minutes to make and are super easy, as well as delicious.
- It can be served with a little alioli.
