Recipe for potato stew with clams

Ingredients
- 4 large potatoes
- 50 gr carrots
- 50 gr green beans
- 50 gr peas
- 100 gr peeled prawns
- 150 gr clams
- colouring / turmeric / saffron
- salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, sauté the mushrooms until they open, set aside.
- Add all the vegetables, with the potatoes cut to taste and sauté. Add the clams, salt and the chosen colouring, stir a couple of times and cover with water (the clams will release their juice and give more flavour).
- When the potato begins to soften, add the prawns.
- Leave to cook until soft (or to taste), serve and enjoy.
