Potato stew with clams

Recipe for potato stew with clams

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 50 gr carrots
  • 50 gr green beans
  • 50 gr peas
  • 100 gr peeled prawns
  • 150 gr clams
  • colouring / turmeric / saffron
  • salt


  • In a saucepan, sauté the mushrooms until they open, set aside. 
  • Add all the vegetables, with the potatoes cut to taste and sauté. Add the clams, salt and the chosen colouring, stir a couple of times and cover with water (the clams will release their juice and give more flavour).
  • When the potato begins to soften, add the prawns.
  • Leave to cook until soft (or to taste), serve and enjoy.
