  • 20 uds mussels
  • red pepper
  • green pepper
  • yellow pepper
  • tomato
  • red onion
  • EVOO
  • vinegar


  • In a large pot, cook the mussels, add half a glass of white wine just when you add them. Leave for about 4-5m and remove from the pan.
  • Chop all the vegetables finely and season with the oil and vinegar.
  • Put the mussels in a dish and add the vegetables on top.
