  • 250 gr. octopus
  • 100 gr. prawns
  • 100 gr. mussels
  • 1 ud. green pepper
  • 1 ud. red pepper
  • 1 ud. onion
  • 1 ud. tomato

For the vinaigrette:

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika from la vera


  • Cook the octopus and prawns. Set aside
  • Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Make a vinaigrette with the paprika, oil and vinegar.
  • Mix everything together and enjoy!
