Cauliflower and Carrot Soup Recipe

  • 500 gr. cooked cauliflower
  • 150 gr. cooked carrot
  • 2 teeth garlic
  • 800 ml. vegetable stock
  • 150 gr. fat noodles
  • 1 teaspoon paprika from la vera
  • EVOO
  • Salt


  • In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and the olive oil.
  • Once sautéed, add the salt and the De la Vera paprika and stir.
  • Add the vegetable stock and the noodles.
  • After 10 minutes, add the cauliflower and carrot and leave for 5 more minutes, then serve.
