  • 4 pcs. scallops
  • 100 gr. prawns
  • 1 ud. onion
  • 1 tooth garlic
  • 30 ml. EVOO
  • 50 ml. White Wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika from la vera
  • parsley
  • salt


  • In a frying pan, add the oil, onion and garlic and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Then add the wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the prawns and scallop meat and sauté until cooked to your liking, about 5-8 minutes.
  • Serve in the same shells and decorate with chopped parsley.
