  • 600 gr. hake loins
  • 1 egg
  • 40 ml. milk
  • 80 gr. breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • 60 gr. breadcrumbs
  • Wheat flour
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 large onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 60 ml. white wine
  • 400 ml. fish stock


  • Crumble the hake and mix in a bowl with 1 egg, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, chopped parsley and salt. Once everything is mixed, add the breadcrumbs to give the dough body.
  • Form the meatballs, dredge in flour and fry in plenty of extra virgin olive oil. Set aside
  • For the sauce, chop the onion and the clove of garlic, fry in a frying pan for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add the white wine and allow the alcohol to evaporate.
  • Add the broth and leave it for another 5 minutes.
  • Then add the meatballs and the chopped parsley and leave for 10 minutes for the broth to be consumed.
