Ingredients
- 500 gr. cod loins
- 300 gr. prawns
- 1 tooth garlic
- 15 ml. EVOO
- 1 tbsp. paprika
- 200 ml. cream
- 50 ml. fried tomato
- 3 eggs
- Salt
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic with the extra virgin olive oil.
- Add the diced prawns, paprika and parsley and stir for about 5 minutes and set aside.
- In a saucepan, add the cream, eggs, tomato sauce, salt and pepper and stir.
- Mix all the ingredients and put them in a rectangular mould in the oven at 180º and bake for 45 minutes.
