  • 3 pcs. medium potatoes
  • 1 ud. green pepper
  • 1/2 ud. red pepper
  • 1/2 ud. onion
  • 2 pcs. tomatoes
  • 2 sheets laurel
  • 300 gr. diced fresh tuna
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil extra virgin


  • We fry all the vegetables in a deep frying pan or casserole dish, you can beat it or leave it small, depending on your taste at home.
  • When the sauce is ready, add the diced potatoes (peeled and well washed) and the bay leaf.
  • Stir a couple of times and cover with water; add a little saffron and leave to cook over a medium/low heat.
  • When the potatoes are almost done, add the bonito (well rinsed) and salt. Cook for a further 10 minutes and eat.
