  • 150 gr. green asparagus
  • 1 ud. onion
  • 1 ud. red pepper
  • 1 tooth garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • Wasabi aioli
  • Sprouts


  • Place all the ingredients except the salmon in a frying pan. Leave to cook for 10 minutes and set aside.
  • In the same pan, add the salmon and leave to cook for about 10 minutes.
