  • 500 gr Guerrero Seafood Soup
  • 800 ml Fumet broth
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tooth garlic
  • 200 ml cooking cream
  • EVOO


  • In a saucepan, add the oil, onion, tomatoes, garlic and sauté the onion, tomatoes and garlic.
  • Add the fumet, the cream and the squid and leave it for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the rest of the seafood soup and wait about 5 minutes and enjoy.
