Ingredients
- 300 gr. clean hake
- 200 gr. peeled prawns
- 1 ud. egg
- salt and seasoning of shrimps
Instructions
- Chop everything well in a food processor. Leave to stand for an hour in the fridge.
- Once the time has elapsed, roll into balls and bake in the oven/air fryer/skillet.
- The sauce: chop an onion and poach it over a low heat with a little oil and a few pink pepper balls; when it is ready, blend everything together. Put it back in the pan with the fish/vegetable stock, with some peas and let it go lickety-split.
- Add the meatballs, cook together for a few minutes and it's ready. It goes very well with potatoes in the air fryer.
