  • 2 loins cod
  • 3 pcs. onion
  • 3 pcs. potatoes
  • 1 glass port
  • 1 small tbsp. paprika from la vera
  • olive oil
  • salt


  • Cut the onions into julienne strips and fry them with the olive oil in a frying pan for about 10 minutes, then add the paprika and stir.

  • Add the glass of port and allow to reduce for about 4 minutes. Set aside
    1 glass port
  • In the same frying pan, add the potatoes, which have been cut into slices, with oil until they are covered. Leave them half cooked.

  • Dredge the cod loins in flour and fry just to mark them.

  • In an ovenproof dish, assemble the dish. First the potatoes, then the cod loins and finally the onion.
  • Bake in a 170º oven for 20 minutes and enjoy.
