Ingredients
- 4 pcs. scallops
- 100 gr. prawns
- 1 ud. onion
- 1 tooth garlic
- 30 ml. EVOO
- 50 ml. White Wine
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika from la vera
- parsley
- salt
Instructions
- In a frying pan, add the oil, onion and garlic and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Then add the wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate for about 2 minutes.
- Add the prawns and scallop meat and sauté until cooked to your liking, about 5-8 minutes.
- Serve in the same shells and decorate with chopped parsley.
