Seafood Soup
Ingredients
- 500 gr Guerrero Seafood Soup
- 800 ml Fumet broth
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tooth garlic
- 200 ml cooking cream
- EVOO
- PEREJIL
Instructions
- In a saucepan, add the oil, onion, tomatoes, garlic and sauté the onion, tomatoes and garlic.
- Add the fumet, the cream and the squid and leave it for about 10 minutes.
- Add the rest of the seafood soup and wait about 5 minutes and enjoy.
