Ingredients
  

  • 1 onion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 pear tomatoes
  • 2 teeth garlic
  • 8 fillets of bonito loin
  • oregano
  • salt, sweet paprika and cumin
  • apple cider vinegar
  • 30 ml. olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onion into julienne strips, the red pepper into thin strips and the garlic into thick slices; sauté everything with the olive oil; when it is soft, add the tomatoes cut into strips.
  • Poach everything together until it is well cooked, then add the salt and spices. Season the bonito fillets.
  • Once the vegetables are ready, add the fish and cover.
  • It will only take 5-8 minutes for the tuna to cook; turn off the heat and pour in the vinegar, about 30ml. Stir well and let's eat.
