Ingredients

  • 3 slices hake
  • 200 gr. clams
  • 200 gr. fresh prawns
  • 1 ud. onion
  • 2 teeth garlic
  • parsley
  • 100 ml. white wine
  • 500 ml. fish stock
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • EVOO
  • salt

Instructions

  • Put the onion and garlic cut into julienne strips in a frying pan and leave it over a medium heat until they are done.
  • When it is done, add two tablespoons of flour and a little salt, and stir so that the flour does not burn.
  • Add the white wine and stir for a couple of minutes. After this time, add the fish stock and the chopped parsley. Leave on a low heat to thicken.
  • On the other side, we fry the hake slices, turning them over and over, just so that they get some colour.
  • Once the hake is fried, add it to the frying pan with the sauce, cover and leave for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the clams and prawns and leave for a further 5 minutes, ready to enjoy.
