Recipe for Cod and Prawn Pastries

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gr. cod loins
  • 300 gr. prawns
  • 1 tooth garlic
  • 15 ml. EVOO
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 200 ml. cream
  • 50 ml. fried tomato
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the garlic with the extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add the diced prawns, paprika and parsley and stir for about 5 minutes and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, add the cream, eggs, tomato sauce, salt and pepper and stir.
  • Mix all the ingredients and put them in a rectangular mould in the oven at 180º and bake for 45 minutes.
