Ingredients
- 500 gr. fresh/frozen cod
- 1/2 onion
- 30 gr. olive oil
- 250 gr. straw fries
- 4-5 eggs
Instructions
- Sauté the onion over a medium/floating heat. Once cooked, add the well-crumbled and boned cod and cook.
- Add the potatoes and the eggs. Mix well, turn off the heat and let it finish cooking without taking it off the heat.
- A delicious, very typical Portuguese dish that takes 15 minutes to make.
