Ingredients
- 2 legs medium octopus
- Salt
For the puree:
- 3 pcs. potatoes
- 150 gr. cauliflower
- 50 gr. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of ground cayenne
- salt
Instructions
- Cook the potatoes and cauliflower, when they are cooked, beat together with the other ingredients and set aside.
- We grill the octopus until the octopus is browned.
- Put the puree on a plate and place the octopus on top and enjoy.
