Hake and Prawn Brochette
Ingredients
- Hake
- Prawns
- Parsley
- Garlic
- EVOO
- Salt
Instructions
- Dice the hake and peel the prawns.
- Pour the oil, parsley and garlic into a frying pan.
- When browned, add the hake and prawns.
- Thread onto skewers and decorate with oil and parsley.
