Ingredients
- 20 uds mussels
- red pepper
- green pepper
- yellow pepper
- tomato
- red onion
- EVOO
- vinegar
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the mussels, add half a glass of white wine just when you add them. Leave for about 4-5m and remove from the pan.
- Chop all the vegetables finely and season with the oil and vinegar.
- Put the mussels in a dish and add the vegetables on top.
