Put the salt, tomato, pepper, peeled onion, peeled clove of garlic, peeled potatoes in large wedges, bay leaf, parsley and a good splash of olive oil in a saucepan.
Cover with water to cover the vegetables and simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
When the potatoes are almost done, add the rosada, a little lemon juice and leave it for about 10 minutes and enjoy.
