(the thickness we like)

water or vegetable/fish stock
salt to taste
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
First we toast the noodles with olive oil in the paella pan.
Set aside and add the cuttlefish, monkfish and chopped garlic. Leave to cook.
When it is ready, add the noodles, cook a little and pour in the water. While it is cooking, add the tomato powder, saffron and salt.
Leave the prawns for when the stock has almost been consumed and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 220° up and down.
They take about 30 minutes to make and are super easy, as well as delicious.
It can be served with a little alioli.
