Instructions
We fry all the vegetables in a deep frying pan or casserole dish, you can beat it or leave it small, depending on your taste at home.
When the sauce is ready, add the diced potatoes (peeled and well washed) and the bay leaf.
Stir a couple of times and cover with water; add a little saffron and leave to cook over a medium/low heat.
When the potatoes are almost done, add the bonito (well rinsed) and salt. Cook for a further 10 minutes and eat.
