Cauliflower and Carrot Soup Recipe

- 500 gr. cooked cauliflower
- 150 gr. cooked carrot
- 2 teeth garlic
- 800 ml. vegetable stock
- 150 gr. fat noodles
- 1 teaspoon paprika from la vera
- EVOO
- Salt
In a saucepan, sauté the garlic and the olive oil.
Once sautéed, add the salt and the De la Vera paprika and stir.
Add the vegetable stock and the noodles.
After 10 minutes, add the cauliflower and carrot and leave for 5 more minutes, then serve.
