Ingredients
- 4 squid medium
- 1 tooth garlic
- 50 ml. olive oil extra virgin
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- parsley
- salt
- 1 ud. cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Wash the squid well and remove excess water. Set aside
- Place the remaining ingredients in a mortar and pestle and pestle well.
- In a large frying pan, add a spoonful of EVOO and fry the squid for about 5m on each side.
- Serve and add the dressing we have prepared.
