Ingredients
- 600 gr Anglerfish
- 1 ud. garlic
- 1 ud. onion
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 good bunch of parsley
- 1 tbsp. flour
- Olive Oil
- Saffron
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a wide frying pan, add the finely chopped onion and garlic and cook over low heat.
- Add the finely chopped parsley and stir in the flour and saffron.
- In a few minutes add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate for a couple of minutes more.
- Add the monkfish and leave for 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like it.
