Salpicón de pulpo
Ingredients
- 250 gr. octopus
- 100 gr. prawns
- 100 gr. mussels
- 1 ud. green pepper
- 1 ud. red pepper
- 1 ud. onion
- 1 ud. tomato
For the vinaigrette:
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika from la vera
Instructions
- Cook the octopus and prawns. Set aside
- Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
- Make a vinaigrette with the paprika, oil and vinegar.
- Mix everything together and enjoy!
