Salmon with orange
Ingredients
- 2 fillets salmon
- 1 ud. onion
- 1 tooth garlic
- 200 ml. natural orange juice
- tarragon
- olive oil extra virgin
- salt
Instructions
- Chop the onion and the clove of garlic finely and fry in a pan with olive oil. Set aside
- We make the salmon fillets, first we mark one side well, turn it over and add the orange juice, which we have previously squeezed.
- Add the onion, garlic, tarragon and salt to taste and leave for a few minutes until the juice reduces a little.
