Ramen
Ingredients
- 160 gr. pasta (spaghetti, noodles, rice noodles or soba noodles...)
- 10 pcs. shrimps or prawns
- 8 pcs. scallops
- 2 pcs. eggs
- 100 gr. edamame
- 1/2 ud. onion
- 1 ud. pak choi
For the sauce:
- 3 teaspoons soya
- 1 teaspoon tahini
- finely chopped garlic mixed with ginger
- very hot oil
Instructions
- Peel the prawns and cook the well-washed shells. In the same water, when we drain it, we give the vegetables a quick boil, so that they become crispy; set aside and reserve.
- Poach two eggs in the same water, without adding vinegar. Cook the pasta on the other side.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, use a little for the sauce and use the rest to sear the scallops and prawns. Prepare the sauce: put the garlic and ginger in a bowl, finely chopped or powdered, with the oil very hot, mix with the tahini and soya; mix very well. Add to the water in which the vegetables and shrimp shells were cooked.
- Prepare two bowls: place the chosen pasta, the vegetables and pour in the stock. Place the prawns, scallops and the egg so that it looks nice.
- Ready to eat!
