Ingredients
- 2 fillets pink
- 1 ud. tomato
- 1 ud. onion
- 1 ud. green pepper
- 1 tooth garlic
- 2 sheets laurel
- 3 pcs. potatoes
- lemon
- parsley
- aove
- salt
Instructions
- Put the salt, tomato, pepper, peeled onion, peeled clove of garlic, peeled potatoes in large wedges, bay leaf, parsley and a good splash of olive oil in a saucepan.
- Cover with water to cover the vegetables and simmer over medium heat for 20-25 minutes.
- When the potatoes are almost done, add the rosada, a little lemon juice and leave it for about 10 minutes and enjoy.
