Bonito a la moruna
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 3 pear tomatoes
- 2 teeth garlic
- 8 fillets of bonito loin
- oregano
- salt, sweet paprika and cumin
- apple cider vinegar
- 30 ml. olive oil
Instructions
- Cut the onion into julienne strips, the red pepper into thin strips and the garlic into thick slices; sauté everything with the olive oil; when it is soft, add the tomatoes cut into strips.
- Poach everything together until it is well cooked, then add the salt and spices. Season the bonito fillets.
- Once the vegetables are ready, add the fish and cover.
- It will only take 5-8 minutes for the tuna to cook; turn off the heat and pour in the vinegar, about 30ml. Stir well and let's eat.
