Ingredients
- 3 pcs. medium potatoes
- 1 ud. green pepper
- 1/2 ud. red pepper
- 1/2 ud. onion
- 2 pcs. tomatoes
- 2 sheets laurel
- 300 gr. diced fresh tuna
- 1 tbsp. olive oil extra virgin
Instructions
- We fry all the vegetables in a deep frying pan or casserole dish, you can beat it or leave it small, depending on your taste at home.
- When the sauce is ready, add the diced potatoes (peeled and well washed) and the bay leaf.
- Stir a couple of times and cover with water; add a little saffron and leave to cook over a medium/low heat.
- When the potatoes are almost done, add the bonito (well rinsed) and salt. Cook for a further 10 minutes and eat.
