Toasted noodles with cuttlefish, prawns and monkfish recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 150 gr peeled prawns
  • 200 gr cuttlefish
  • 200 gr chopped monkfish tails
  • 1 tooth minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tomato powder
  • 3-4 strands saffron
  • 200 gr dried noodles (the thickness we like)
  • 450 gr water or vegetable/fish stock
  • salt to taste
  • extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
 

  • First we toast the noodles with olive oil in the paella pan.
  • Set aside and add the cuttlefish, monkfish and chopped garlic. Leave to cook.
  • When it is ready, add the noodles, cook a little and pour in the water. While it is cooking, add the tomato powder, saffron and salt.
  • Leave the prawns for when the stock has almost been consumed and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 220° up and down.
  • They take about 30 minutes to make and are super easy, as well as delicious.
  • It can be served with a little alioli.
